Narrative Statement

Free Indeed Broadcasting, Inc. is fully committed to broad and inclusive outreach for recruitment of ethic-minority candidates for all openings that may occur with this employment unit.  We have in the past and will continue in the future to have a broad outreach effort.

NUMBER OF FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES: 2 (of which 1 of the 2 is an owner / employee with 33.3 percent interest OR GREATER in the company).  Therefore pursuant to FCC rules this employment unit has 8 part time employees with LESS than 2 full time employees.

The EEO Public File Report is filed in station WNYG's public inspection file pursuant to Section 73.2080 (c) (6) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission.

During the report period October 1, 2007 - September 30, 2008 the station has not had any full-time vacancies and therefore has filled no full-time vacancies.

For the 12 Month period covered in this report Free Indeed Broadcasting has interviewed 4.  Free-Indeed Broadcasting annually interviews prospective employees for future openings if any.
