Meet Our Staff!

Phyllis Rose (She's Around 24/7)
Founder, CEO, and General Manager of WNYG. You wouldn't know it at first glance, but she wears a lot of hats. Phyllis has the hardest job of all -- keeping God happy, the listeners happy, and the staff fed. (She's a bit camera shy).

Jim Pierce (aka: The Snacky Man)

Say hello to Jim Pierce! As Vice-President of WNYG, Jim is at the wheel steering the Spirit Radio Ship straight through the roughest of waters, (especially when he's home relaxing in his pool).

And, as Jim would always say: "We're Still Cart Friendly!"

Jessica Taylor (Weekday Mornings 6AM-9AM)

Bryan has a pleasing presence on the air. He's just as pleasing when the microphone is off.

Wally Walters (AKA: Way Back Wally / Weekdays, 4PM - 8PM)

WNYG's Full Time Evening Air Personality & Sales Rep, Wally goes way back to the good old days, when WNYG was just a tiny little transistor radio! Now, that's going "Way Back"! Wally also hosts the WNYG Top 14 Countdown! Tune In!

Lucy Sottile (WNYG's PSA Director)

We Love Lucy! As WNYG's public service director, Lucy is in charge of coordinating public service announcements heard throughout the day on WNYG.

Ed Newlands (AKA: Big Ed)

What can we say about Ed? He's "the voice" of the station, keeping us up-to-date On-Air and Online.

Tye Jones (Sunday mornings, 7-10:30)
Ask anyone, and they'll tell you Tye is charming -- WNYG's Gentleman of Gospel. (Camera Shy Too!)

Ron Roberts (AKA: Radio Ron; Sunday afternoons, 11:30AM - 1:30PM)

While he enjoys ham radio, Ron is certainly no ham to radio! Ron is a studio engineer and fill-in DJ.

Ken Steele (Sunday evenings, 5PM - 9PM )

Yes, ladies and gentleman; that is his real name! Ken is the Man of "Steele". He fights for truth, justice, and the Gospel Way.
